About AtomiComics

Atomic Man Productions was founded in 2013 by M.G Patch. In 2014, we contracted with White Dwarf Productions to help promote the Paul Lazarus documentary SlingShot. The same year, AMP also worked in the marketing department of Rainy Kerwin’s independent rom-com The Wedding Inventation, in which M.G Patch also had a (very) brief background appearance.

The next few years were very eventful. M.G purchased his first home and studio in McKeesport, PA. The following year, he got a chance to be an extra again, this time in David Fincher’s Netflix masterpiece Mindhunter. In 2017, ZRDR moved into the 2nd apartment of M.G’s home and the two began to collaborate on AtomiComics.

M.G reconnected with Beckeroo the same year and the two were married two years later. The two now share an off-grid studio with a large canine with plans to expand the family. M.G and ZRDR continue to run AMP/AtomiComics both in person and remotely. Today, the AtomiComics team consists of M.G, Beckeroo, ZRDR, and MicroSpaceCat.

In 2025, the team published Under the Ring, their first full-length comic book, printed both in-house and on-demand via Mixam. Written and drawn by ZRDR, the series is a space-western with a Puerto Rican flair, sprinkled with a generous helping of both boobs and bullets.
